Next, we will go to the Sites tab. This section serves as the control panel for all your web pages.
Above the main template folder list, you will see three actions:
- New Page (+): Click this to create a brand-new blank page from scratch. Use this when you are ready to build using the drag-and-drop designer.
- Upload a Template: This allows you to speed up the process by uploading a pre-built template. Use this if you already have a template file ready.
- Settings (Gear Icon): This lets you manage the overall configuration of how your pages and folders are organized and labeled in the list view.
Each page also has several action icons:
- View Page (Eye): Opens a live preview of the page so you can see how it looks to visitors.
- Visual Builder (Wrench and Screwdriver): Opens the drag-and-drop editor where you can modify the page layout, content, and design.
- Edit Settings (Pencil and Paper): Lets you update the page name, URL, and SEO metadata.
- Clone (Overlapping Squares): Creates a duplicate of the page, useful for templates or backups.
- Download (Box with Arrow): Exports the page data or files to your local device.
- Delete (Trash Can): Permanently removes the page from your project.
Video Series Part 4 – Website #
The main area displays your templates and pages. This view helps you understand how multi-template management works.
- Template Folder Structure such as Restaurant, Deck, or Travel & Tourism represents high-level templates. Each template folder is marked with a folder icon and a dropdown arrow. If you are building websites for multiple clients, each client may have its own template folder. Inside each folder, you will find all the related pages for that website.
- To open a folder, click the template folder title or the dropdown arrow.
- Individual Pages such as Sample Lead Page or Landing are marked with a single document icon. These represent actual web pages or landing pages that have been created.
- These are the pages you click when you want to open and edit them in the drag-and-drop website builder.
